咱们知道,氰化镀铜液中所含氰化物是一种很强的络合剂,同时又是一种很有用的去垢活化剂,它能在相当程度上弥补锌合金压铸件前处理中的不良施行,电镀时氰化镀铜液甚至能渗镀到基材外表很纤细的缩孔、晶间空隙中,相比之下,SF-628无氰碱铜不含强螯合剂,因而更容易导致锌压铸件结合力不良现象发生。而要进步其结合力,结合国内的成功经历咱们认为从以下几个方面入手:
