Usage of wax removal environmental cleaning agent
1. When using the general dewaxing cleaning agent, a good process flow shall be set under the guidance of relevant personnel according to the raw material, structure, wax type, oil stain amount, equipment, etc. of the workpiece. The application methods include hot soaking, sonic cleaning, etc.
2、配制溶液时，应将水参加洁净槽中，一般加热至60℃，边拌和边慢慢参加所需比例的除蜡水，要充沛拌和均匀，升至所需温度即可运用。
3、为得到清洗作用，根据清洗对象

5、用同一个槽对多种不同原料的金属除蜡，需留意除蜡次序，先处理生动金属，再处理不生动金属（如：除铜和锌合金表面的蜡层，要先进行锌合金的除蜡，否则会在其表面构成一层结合不好的置换铜）；除蜡水清洗锌合金类生动工件，留意清洗时间不宜过长、清洗温度不宜过高，否则对工件会发生轻蚀现象。
6、当除蜡作用明显下降，可凭经验弥补除蜡清洗剂而维持，当油腊、油污量太多时则需要替换清洗液，视清洗工件的情况而定，一般替换周期为2～10天不等。
