3、若需用同一个槽进行多种不同基质工件除蜡时，要注意除蜡顺序：先处理生动金属，再处理不生动金属。例如：先进行锌合金除蜡，接着再做铜及其合金。不推荐进行大量铜或其合金后接着做锌合金，不然会在锌合件除蜡的外表形成一层结合欠好的置换铜。
4.清洗流程：抛光后的工件→声波除蜡→水洗→化学除油→水洗→电免除油→水洗→接后工序
