1. Add two thirds of water to the plating bath and heat to 40-50 ℃.
2. Add the measured ns-2376 under stirring, add water to the standard liquid level after stirring, and adjust the temperature to the normal process range to work.
3. The concentration of the tank liquid will gradually decrease during the use, and the oil and wax removal powder can be added regularly. The floating oil on the liquid surface shall be removed regularly to prevent the workpiece from being brought into water washing and affecting the next process.
4. After long-term use, there will be sediment at the bottom of the tank. The sediment can be removed daily and the liquid level and concentration can be replenished.
5. During the use of the solution, there will be consumption and loss. It is recommended to supplement it once per shift. On site, it can be supplemented according to the Baume degree during the slotting (generally, when the slotting is 40g / L, the Baume degree of the solution is about 2.5). After long-term use, if the solution becomes turbid and the effect of oil and wax removal is not clear, replace the tank liquid.
