Water based environmental protection rust inhibitor for iron and steel
一 商品用处 ：
首要用于钢铁黑色金属、合金钢制品组件及资料的工序间防锈、短期防锈及封存防锈；特别适用于防锈期较长、请求无残留不油腻、请求不挂灰粉的场合。
II. Functional features:
不含亚硝酸钠等有毒有害物质。
防锈功用强，具有防锈钝化两层作用，可替代钢铁钝化剂，起钝化作用；又可替代一般防锈油，起油膜关闭防锈作用。
本品彻底杜绝了传统水基防锈的浮灰残留疑问，又杜绝了传统防锈油的油腻粘灰疑问。
本品不含矿物油，可免除清洁工序。
兑水运用，与水构成安稳通明的防锈液，工件可带水操作，运用方便。
依据防锈期的长短需求，可选择不同的稀释比例。
经本剂处理的工件,可坚持金属本性。

四 运用方法
1、依照5%--50%的比例加水，充沛拌和均匀，构成通明溶液，浸涂、喷涂、刷涂均可。本品运用浓度越高作用越好。
2、典型技术引荐：
工件——除油除锈——水洗——防锈剂处理——干燥
五 注意事项
1、运用时应确保原液与水分配拌和均匀，以添加本品功用；
2、制止混入金属碎屑、线毛等杂物；
3、制止食用。
