Explain the four advantages of copper-plated steel grounding materials
1. Long service life: copper plated steel grounding materials shall be applied with a copper layer with a surface thickness of 0.254mm for corrosion resistance. At the same time, the intermolecular interpenetration plating process is adopted to enhance the bonding between the copper layer and the steel core. Compared with traditional materials, it has good economic performance and meets the life-cycle management of equipment, which is in line with the scope of new materials, new processes and new equipment. The service life of copper-plated steel is 3-10 times that of traditional galvanized steel grounding materials.
2.导电率高：假如以纯铜导电率为100%，则镀铜材料导电率20@%，传统镀锌钢材料导电率为8.6%。高 频接地或雷击电流作用下，由于电流集肤效应，让镀铜钢接地材料据有接近于纯铜导电性。
3.安装简便：水平镀铜钢接地体为镀铜单芯固体圆钢，单根长度长，中间衔接点少，穿管弯曲方便； 垂直镀铜接地材料安装方便疾速，免开挖省时省力。通过衔接，可实现恣意深度并应用地下含水层，降阻 效果分明，同时无需额定钻深井，从而增加变电站占空中积。
4.电镀层附着水平：采用了电镀工艺，电流在各个方向上密度一致，铜层附着平均一致。
