Understanding on basic steps of alkali recovery in paper industry
Extraction of black liquor: separate the black liquor from the pulp and try to increase its concentration. The concentration of wood pulp black liquor extraction is about 1015%, and the concentration of reed pulp black liquor extraction is less than 10%;
黑液的蒸发：将稀黑液稀释到熄灭要求的浓度。一般分两个阶段停止，即：多效真空蒸发和直接接触蒸发 ；
黑液的熄灭：将浓度为50%以上的黑液送入碱回收炉中熄灭。在低温下，固形物中的有机物熄灭，钠盐分解 ，反响生成Na2CO3，芒硝复原成Na2S。无机物在低温下成熔融状态，从炉内流出溶解于稀白液或水中，成 为绿液；
绿液的苛化：绿液与石灰混合，绿液中的Na2CO3苛化转变为NaOH。苛化后的乳液经过廓清，成为重新用于 制浆的碱液，称为白液；
白泥回收：苛化后廓清沉淀的碳酸钙称为白泥，经过洗涤、挑选等处置进程，用于造纸做填料。
