(2)碱蚀
碱蚀的目的是除去铝合金表面的氧化膜,取得比较理想的微观粗糙度,同时进一步除油,以增强镀层 的结合力[2]。BNC-99 30~60
g/L,30~50℃,0~180s。
(3)出光
碱蚀后铝合金表面会残留一层由硅、铜等合金元素构成的灰色薄膜。通过出光处置可以将这层薄膜溶 解,使铝合金露出生动的富铝表面[3]。BNA-99200~250
mL/L,硝酸250~300 mL/L,磷酸380~400 mL/L,氢氟酸30~50 mL/L,室温,30~60 s。
(4)浸锌
采用二次浸锌工艺可以提高后续镀层的结合力、均一性及耐蚀性[4]。Tribon II开缸剂C-2 400~600 mL/L,Tribon
II开缸剂A-3 8~12 mL/L,室温,30~60 s。
(5)退锌
硝酸500 mL/L,室温。
(6)碱性化学镀镍
Nichem 1111A 40 mL/L, Nichem 11118 150 mL/L,29~35℃,5~9 min。
(7)酸性化学镀镍
NITECEN115A 60 mL/L,NITECEN1158 180 mL/L,84~92℃。
(8)镀铜
硫酸铜195~255 g/L,硫酸27~38 mL/L,Ultra A光亮剂0.4~0.6 mL/L,Ultra B光亮剂0. 3~ 0.6
mL/L,20~30℃。
(9)预镀银
硫脲200~220 g/L,硝酸银15~18 g/L,室温。
(10)镀银
硝酸银40~50 g/L,8010复合配位剂350~450 g/L,8019稳定剂40~50 g/L,Meier 801 10~ 12
mL/L,Meier 802 10~20 mL/L,室温。
