2.脂肪酶
清洗剂中运用的脂肪酶也是耐碱性的,例如:由米曲霉得到的碱性脂肪酶的活性随着pH值添加而添加,最好pH值在10以上。所以,脂肪酶合适pH值高于10的环境,是耐强碱的酶。
3.纤维素酶
