4.镀铬液安稳和硬度的联系
在较高温度(65~75℃)下,由稀溶液镀出的铬层比由浓镀液镀出的铬层硬度高15~20%;在较低温度(35~45℃) 下,由稀溶液镀出的铬层比由浓镀液镀出的铬层硬度没有多大差别。
5.镀铬层厚度与硬度的联系
一般硬铬镀层硬度是随厚度进步而进步的,硬度的最高值在0.2㎜摆布。今后,即便在进步厚度,硬度也不会 再添加。
6.铬镀层跟着受热温度的进步,硬度明显降低。
