Function and usage of wax removing environmental cleaning agent
Dewaxing environmental cleaning agent is widely used in the dewaxing process after polishing of hardware industry workpieces such as electroplating, watches, handicrafts and ornaments. The dewaxing water is mainly compounded by surface additives, corrosion inhibitors and auxiliary solvents, so that the products can quickly and completely remove all kinds of wax scales in normal temperature, heating, ultrasonic, immersion and other processes, and do not have negative effects such as corrosion and oxidation on stainless steel, carbon steel, zinc alloy, aluminum alloy, magnesium alloy, copper alloy and other substrates, and have long service life and environmental protection performance. In addition, attention should be paid to the reasonable deployment of the viscosity, smell, color, transparency and other appearance properties of the product to meet the psychological needs of customers and enhance the added value of the product.
通用除蜡水一般需要加温至60度以上浸泡或超声波清洗，一至十分钟即可将蜡垢清理干净。

使用浓度（百分之1~3）对油污容纳量高，并可做为除油脱脂产品使用，寿命长，经济实用。
使用方法：配制溶液时，将水加入干净槽中，加热至60℃，边搅拌边缓缓加入所需比例的除蜡水，要充分搅拌均匀，升至所需温度即可使用。为得到至佳清洗效果，根据清洗对象和脏污程度，将原液与水配制成浓度为百分之5～10的清洗液。加温至60～85℃结合超声波设备清洗3～10分钟后，用纯水漂洗干净后再烘干。采用热浸泡和手工擦拭的方式清洗时，应不断晃动工件，直到洗干净为止。
