(1) Chemical precipitation method
这种办法适用于含铜量在800~1000mg/L以下的污水,是用碱提高废水PH至生成氢氧化铜沉淀.这种办法可 以获得良好效果,一般采用碱性废水去沉淀.但沉淀中杂质别离费事,平常处置费用较高.
(2)置换法
在酸性条件下,用铁屑等较生动金属将铜置换出来.这种办法可以到达治理要求,但沉淀中杂质别离困难,污 泥量多。
(3)离子交流法
这种办法适用业含铜浓度在50~200mg/L的废水.浓渡过高,废水PH势必较低,若用弱酸性阳离子交流树脂, 很难吸附铜离子;若用强酸性阳离子交流树脂交流容量则较小,再生时要用较多的酸.用阳树脂处置含铜量 较低废水,铁离子也会被树脂吸附,洗脱后难以别离。有含铜废水需要处置的单位,也可以到污水宝项目效 劳平台咨询具有相似污水处置经历的企业。
(4)电解法
电解法在处置硫酸盐镀铜废水中失掉了普遍使用,特别是电解法—离子交流法组合,或是使用电解法----化 学沉淀法组合。
