取钢铁件按本工艺镀锌,镀层均匀δ为24.8μm,按JB-2111-77标准用热震试验法测定镀层的结合力。将镀 件放在加热炉中加热至190℃,然后取出放入室温的水中骤然冷却,重复测试10次,镀层没有呈现起泡和脱落 ,结合力良好。
2耐腐蚀性
取钢铁件按本工艺镀锌,镀层δ为20.3μm,采用三价铬蓝锌钝化液钝化后放置24h,按ISO9227-2006标准停 止中性盐雾试验72h,镀层无可见的变化,满足行业要求。
3脆性检验
锌是一种脆性较大的金属,镀锌层一般都具有一定的脆性。无氰碱性镀锌层由于含碳量较高,相对氰化镀锌 和酸性镀锌而言,其脆性较大。用δ为0.2mm的黄铜片按本工艺镀锌,用弯曲法检验镀锌层的脆性[12], 将试片弯曲180°,反省镀层状况,后果列于表4。镀层δ≤30μm时,镀层没有呈现爆裂现象,可见本工艺镀 锌层的脆性较低。
