Comprehensive analysis of properties of cyanide free alkaline zinc plating
(1) coating adhesion
取钢铁件按本工艺镀锌，镀层均匀δ为24．8μm，按JB-2111-77标准用热震试验法测定镀层的结合力。将镀 件放在加热炉中加热至190℃，然后取出放入室温的水中骤然冷却，重复测试10次，镀层没有呈现起泡和脱落 ，结合力良好。
2耐腐蚀性
取钢铁件按本工艺镀锌，镀层δ为20．3μm，采用三价铬蓝锌钝化液钝化后放置24h，按ISO9227-2006标准停 止中性盐雾试验72h，镀层无可见的变化，满足行业要求。
3脆性检验
锌是一种脆性较大的金属，镀锌层一般都具有一定的脆性。无氰碱性镀锌层由于含碳量较高，相对氰化镀锌 和酸性镀锌而言，其脆性较大。用δ为0．2mm的黄铜片按本工艺镀锌，用弯曲法检验镀锌层的脆性［12］， 将试片弯曲180°，反省镀层状况，后果列于表4。镀层δ≤30μm时，镀层没有呈现爆裂现象，可见本工艺镀 锌层的脆性较低。
