2、制造溶液时，应将水参加洁净槽中，一般加热至35-40℃摆布，边拌和边慢慢参加所需份额的除蜡水，要充分拌和均匀，升至所需温度即可运用。
3、为得到最好清洁作用，依据清洁目标和脏污程度，将除蜡水原液与水制造成浓度为5%～10%的清洁液。加温至60～85℃联系超声波设备清洁3～10分钟后，用纯水漂洗洁净后再烘干。
4、为坚持最好清洁作用，清洁工件不得相互堆叠，每天应定期增加1～3%的除腊水。
