2.前处理要加强，由于无氰碱铜的除油作用不如氰化物，所以除油一定要洁净。
3.活化酸能够用2%以上的稀硫酸，可是一定要过水清洁洁净再入无氰碱铜缸，如果运用配套的无氰碱铜活化剂则无需清洁，直接入缸，确保活化作用。
4.一定要远离氰化物操作，由于无氰碱铜对氰化物及其灵敏，微量的氰化物也许就会使镀层呈现暗色或直至发黑或印斑。
5.时刻久了或带人有机物能够打双氧水，活性炭大处理。
6.开缸今后，一般无需再补加铜离子，阳极满足补充保护金属铜离子平衡。所以阳极一定要挂足，只要pH长期偏低或偏高才会发生铜离子失衡。
7.调整pH最好运用氢氧化钾和活化剂。
